As promised, here are a few highlights of our November. On the 7th (my Pappy's birthday) we found ourselves on the red carpet at the Princess and the Frog Premiere in Pasadena. We never would have imagined ourselves at one of these events... but what fun! F.Y.I. the movie comes out TODAY and is fantastic. I am openly bias but I have seen it twice now and laughed out loud both times=)
After seeing the movie- which was definitely the highlight of the evening- we went to the after party where we ate southern-inspired dishes (the movie takes place in New Orleans)...

....took pictures with some of the characters....Two weeks later the kids got to see the movie at a special screening at the movie theater in the Animation Studios. They loved it and Natalie has been playing Princess and the Frog ever since (I am usually the villain and she is Tiana).
There wasn't much snow left but that didn't stop the kids from playing in it. Yes Henry is wearing a pink beanie....
See. I told you it was a good month. Now go see Princess and the Frog and DON'T leave when the credits come up. Wait for a long time until you see the section entitled "Production" and the second name down will read "John. D. Roper". You may applaud or tell the remaining theater guests that you know him (or his wife respectively). Then wait even longer until the very end and it will say "Production Babies" and look for Henry's name. It will say "Henry." Finally, leave me a comment and tell me how you liked the movie...oh and tell your friends how much you like it too =). Look at that I just gave you all homework.

I haven't done any of your end instructions yet, so I hope you'll forgive me for commenting anyway. I just had to say you look amazing at that premiere--definitely fitting. And I love the thought of Elder and Sister Ballard at Cowboy Grub. And I'm glad you had such a fun November. The end.
Wow, blog homework! You're the worst!
Um, in all seriousness you look great on the read carpet--a true natural!I most certainly will wait until the end to see "John D. Roper" and I most certainly will yell and scream about how I am related (through a marriage and a few in-laws of course) to "John D. Roper." What a great month!
I love it when you post!
The "read" carpet?? Oops. But I think that is what I will call it from now on.
how fun! you look like a babe in that black dress!
How cool to do the red carpet!! We will definitely see the movie. I think that sounds like a great Christmas break activity. We've never taken Tayson to a theater...are we lame? Maybe this will be his first experience! Looks like Thanksgiving was great too. I love Natalie's turkey snow creation =).
Wow, just look at you two on the red carpet...fancy shmancy!
I haven't seen the movie yet, but definitely will...I LOVE movies set in N'awlins.
Natalie's snow turkey is very cute.
Will see you soon...can't wait!
Oh, and don't forget, You ALREADY got us a Christmas present, so don't think we're expecting anything (not even a card)!
Fun stuff. Glad you updated the blog. I haven't checked that often but sounds like things are going great for you guys! We miss you when we have Ballard things you are always so fun to be around.
